Allen is the Client Experience Facilitator for The Silbernagel Group, taking meeting notes and following up with clients about homework and scheduling. With a B.A. and M.Ed from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, he has over 30 years of administrative experience.
A published author with two poetry collections under his belt, Allen enjoys reading, YouTube surfing, and watching tennis. He recently moved back to the area where he grew up, in the mountains of western North Carolina, to take care of his elderly mother. Allen loves his co-workers, but he also loves being a remote employee!
