Tracy enjoys her job at The Silbernagel Group, and she especially loves how diverse her responsibilities are. She is constantly engaged and always learning new things, which is something that Tracy appreciates in a job. More than that, she enjoys how her coworkers are more like a family, and that it is a part of the company’s culture for everyone to help everyone else out, regardless of department or management level. Tracy has a degree in Business to Business Marketing from Moraine Park, and before working at The Silbernagel Group, Tracy was the Operations Manager at the National Exchange Bank Trust for eleven years, and for eighteen years at Serigraph. Tracy is such an outgoing person that she lends her bright disposition to both the Silbernagel Group and at a local bar part time as a bartender.
In her free time, Tracy enjoys spending time with her cats; Molly, Snickers, and Monty Carmelo. She also loves her role as grandma to Kylie, Jameson, Charlie, and Addilyn. When she is not with her cats or grandchildren, you can find Tracy floating in her pool with a glass of Pinot Grigio, getting competitive over a round of darts, or any of her other hobbies, like reading, boating, golfing, and riding her Harley.
